Below is our Health Guarantee that goes with every puppy sold.
Health Guarantee / Contract
1. We ask for a $300.00 deposit per
puppy. Sorry, no refunds. Deposits are partial payments toward the purchase
price of your puppy/dog that you have placed on HOLD (this has
kept anyone else from getting this puppy/dog for their family) If you put money
on a puppy/dog and afterwards change your mind, you have thus forfeited that
money.
2. The remaining balance of full amount is due by the time puppy is ready to go
to new home. If puppy is being shipped, the balance is due at least 2 weeks
before shipping the puppy.
3. Puppies are normally ready to leave for their new homes between 7-10 weeks of age, depending on the puppy.
4. We believe this puppy to be in good health and sound at time
of sale. We have also had puppy checked by licensed vet prior to
shipping or pick up. Puppy has been immunized with first set of shots and
wormed. A shot record is included with puppy.
5. For your guarantee to become affective, all buyers must have their puppy
examined by a licensed vet within 3 business days after receiving their puppy.
Failure to do so voids health guarantee. If the vet finds the puppy not to be in
good health as outlined in guarantee and states so in writing, buyer must notify
seller IMMEDIATLEY. This is so if there is a problem, we can check the health of
the other puppies ASAP.
6. We do guarantee your puppy to be free from any significant
life-threatening diseases for up to six months after birth to
original purchaser of puppy (not transferred). If any such condition is found
and proven in writing by licensed vet; puppy must then be returned to us for
credit toward another puppy (of equal value). Puppy must be returned within 2
weeks of findings. I will not take responsibility for vet bills, shots, wormer,
food, toys, or boarding for puppy/dog. Replacement puppy will need to be agreed
upon by seller to be the same comparable bloodline and price range. Buyer is
responsible for transportation cost for return delivery.
7. We will provide original purchaser of puppy in case of death
with a replacement puppy (when one is available at the same
price). According that all above has been met and puppy died of hereditary
factor (autopsy paid by buyer) If you pass on available puppies, you will have
90 days to pick an available puppy or forfeit any claim to another puppy.
8. Minor, breed related, treatable or correctable conditions, any conditions
that may go away, or a condition which a puppy will likely out grow, are not
covered.
9. Any physical problems with or could be the result of a injury
or stress in not covered under our guarantee.
10. All puppies are sold with breeding rights unless otherwise
noted. The puppy/dog is considered reasonable fit for the general purposes for
which it is being sold - as pet, as is, with the purpose of being a companion
animal. While it is capable of performing other functions such as possible
breeding, showing, ect. No warranty or guarantee is given on such purposes.
11. The buyer agrees and binds himself to take good and reasonable care
of the puppy/dog. Buyer will feed, house and keep all vaccinations and worming
up to date.
